We maintain a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the nature of the issue. If a claim is determined to be valid by our customer service team, repair, replacement, or exchange options will be provided.

Because our products are built to order, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for non-defective products are not permitted once production has begun.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once the manufacturing process has started, no further changes can be made.

Customer modifications, alterations, improper use, or damage caused by unauthorized adjustments may void warranty coverage.
