Rotor Carriers use a unique Mag Retention Device that adjusts friction on the rear surface of your magazine rather than the sides, like most carriers, allowing you to adjust your mag draw exactly to your needs. Because of this unique system, you can also use the same Mag Carrier with several different firearm Magazines in its respective class (double stack 9/40, single stack, etc). The Rotor Carrier comes in 4 types:
Type 1 Carrier — Designed around the OEM Glock Magazines, the Type 1 Carriers fit a HUGE amount of mag types.
- Glock 19/17, HK VP9, FN509, M&P, Sig 320, CZ P10, Springfield Echelon
Type 2 Carrier — Suitable for the thinner double stack 9mm mags like those from Mecgar, Walther.
- CZ 75 format (Shadow 2, SP01, Canik Rival, etc.), Walther PDP, Sig Macro, Glock 43x/48, Shadow Systems CR920, Hellcat/Pro, Shield Plus
Type 3 Carrier — Focused around the popular 2011 platform, Type 3 will fit all known 2011 mags.
- Staccato, Kimber 2k11, Atlas, MPA, etc.
Type 4 Carrier — Not to be left out, Type 4’s offer the same great performance for the 1911 Single Stack Crowd.
