We at Carey Concealment own of all information collected on this website. We only collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We may use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about promotions, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Warranty / Refund Policy
We maintain a limited lifetime warranty and return policy. Claims will be viewed on a case by case basis to ascertain the nature of the claim. If our customer service department deems the warranty claim is valid, returns and or exchanges will be issued. Please be prepared to send photos and a detailed explanation of the claim.
Our products are made to order, therefor cancellations and returns for non-defective products will not be permitted. If you place an order and need to modify or cancel it, please do so immediately, once the build process has started, there can be no alterations.
